Delivery

We send all orders our using Royal Mail Signed Delivery and are able to send all over the UK and abroad.  Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed.

Returns & Refund Policy

Deliveries are processed within 48 Hours of receipt, if you require them sooner please email us at jphfashions@outlook.com

We hope you are happy with all your purchases, however if you find that an item isn’t suitable for you, please see below terms.

JPH Fashions offers a refund if you inform us within 14 days of purchase.

Your garment(s) must be sent back & received by us within 14 days of the date you informed us of your return (which must be done within 14 days of the date you receive your order). This policy is subject to strictly applied terms below.

  • ALL the original labels and tags are still attached, and items are in their original manner and in their entirety.
  • garment(s) must be returned unworn, unsoiled and without any damage to them (all items are quality checked prior to being sent)
  • garment(s) should not have been washed or ironed.
  • it is your responsibility to ensure returned garments reach us, we suggest sending via signed delivery, so you have proof of sending.
  • JPH Fashions does not cover the cost of any return postage

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item

If the item you received is incorrect or faulty, please e-mail jphfashions@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the goods, quoting your name, order number and details of the product received.

We will then advise on how to proceed.
